- Will my order be sent discreetly in neutral packaging?
YES! BADBOXX ships orders in industry standard (black unmarked) boxes with a neutral sender address “BB USA” without indicating its contents.
- What if something is broken in my box?
If an item arrives damaged just contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will mail you a replacement item at no cost to you. If the item is damaged, you may be asked to email us a photo of the item, which will be used to improve quality assurance processes. Replacements are approved at the sole discretion of Badboxx. Note: Due to the nature of the products in our sex toy subscription box, we do not offer refunds or returns or exchanges.
- When will i receive my subscription box?
All goods that are available in our warehouse, are placed after payment is made and shipped within 1-5 days of placing your order. Of course, we always strive to keep all products in stock for you. It may happen that there will be shortages, and in such cases, we will contact your e-mail.
- What is in a subscription box?
All of our monthly sex toy subscription boxes include at least four products, in addition to an assortment of fantasy items and toys to foreplay enhancers & games. We try always to include a variety of sex toys in our boxes.
- How does the billing work for subscription?
Your 1st box will be charged upon placing your initial order, after that, the monthly renewal charge will happen next month on the same date of the month.
- What is the refund or return policy?
Due to the nature of products in our boxes, we do not offer refunds or returns. All of the products included in Badboxx are of the highest quality. However, if you have an issue with a product in your box, please get in touch with us, and we will work with you to make it right!
